This place is simply amazing. The rooms, the views, the beach, the staff, spa, and especially our concierge, Wendy Contreras. I've stayed at several hotels around the world including 3 One and Only hotels, this Hotel is the best place I've ever stayed.

My husband and I travel a lot. I was excited to see Mandarina for our anniversary, but was even more blown away once we got there. The resort is stunning, the service exceptional, and we were there 15 hours before I was already planning a return visit. The SPA is the best I've ever been to. They have a podiatrist, Mohammad, that works on your feet. We kept rescheduling with him he was so good! They had two massage therapists, Zith-Zith and Fernando, who were magicians. The only downside of this place is leaving!

Antes que nada quiero darle las gracias a todo el staff, desde Front office, F&B, Ama de llaves, bellboys TODOS! Han hecho de las vacaciones de mi familia inolvidables, la gente es super atenta, las habitaciones increibles, el servicio impecable. Desde que nos recibieron Sandra y Victo en Recepcion, Alejandro & Memo nuetros host fue un placer haberlos tenido con nosotras hasta nuestro ultimo dia. En los desayunos a todo el staff desde la hostess, Carlos el supervisor, Eli, Angel y Pedro en los desayunos en el restaurante Alma, igual en cenas con jenny hostess de Alma, Alonso y Daniela e igualmente Angel el supervisor en cenas. En Jetty muchas gracias Hipolito y Jesus en la zona de playa en Jetty y en Cenas a Francisco en Dokku restaurant de igual manera a los chef's de Dokku y Alma por siempre estar atentos. A todos los bellboys que estuvieron con nosotros fueron muy amables! Un fuerte abrazo y muchas muchas gracias por todo lo que hicieron por nosotras!
